1. Click to Create an Account

To begin the application process, please click the "Create an Account" tab at the top of this page to create an application account. From there, you will be instructed to create a login, password, and verify your email via a message to your email account. This may take a couple minutes to an hour. Please check your spam folder if you do not see the email verification in your primary inbox.

*Note: If you already have a FACTS Family Portal account, please continue to Step 2- Start Application. 

 

2. Click to Start Application

It is best to use a laptop or desktop to complete the application form. You have the flexibility to log in and out of your application account without losing your data as it will autosave. There will be a green check mark for each section once you have completed all required fields.

 

*Note: SCS Preschool Families- please click "Create a New Application" to submit your kindergarten application. Do NOT use the enrollment/re-enrollment link in the Family Portal. 

 

3. Upload Required Documents

Please be sure that all required documents listed below are uploaded with the application: 

  • Birth Certificate
  • Current Immunization Record
  • Most Recent Report Card (required for students entering grades 1-8)
  • Catholic Sacrament Certificates (only if applicable, however, required to be eligible for the Catholic tuition rate)

 

4. Review and Submit Application

Once all required fields of the application are complete, you must select "Review & Submit."
